QuadCore Lo-Pitch Roof Panel is a secret-fix, shallow-profiled roof insulated panel with raised side joints. This system is ideal for all applications where the roof pitch is 1.5º or more after deflection. The system can deliver an architecturally streamlined roof and is designed to blend with the surroundings.

Suitable for pitched roofs of 1.5° or more after deflection
Standard lengths from 2.0 – 14.5 m. See technical information for non-standard lengths available
Upstand profile along panel side joint with minor profiles across the panel width
Secret-fix appearance created with fixings concealed with site applied capping strip

QuadCore® Lo-Pitch Roof Panels are secret-fix, profiled, insulated roof panels which can be used for building applications with roof pitches of 1.5°or more after deflection.

Insulation Core:

QuadCore® Lo-Pitch Roof Panels are manufactured with an HCFC, CFC and HFC free QuadCore® insulation core.

Environmental:

Kingspan Insulated Panels produced in the UK are certified to BES 6001 (Framework Standard for the Responsible Sourcing of Construction Products) ‘Very Good’.
All Kingspan Insulated Panels manufacturing facilities across the UK and Ireland are 100% Net Zero Energy. In addition, facilities located in Kingscourt, Holywell and Sherburn generate renewable energy onsite which contributes to that sites energy mix.
Kingspan Insulated Panels procure steel that is made from 15 – 25% recycled content. Kingspan insulated panels directly contribute to BREEAM® / LEED® credits.
