Applications:
- QuadCore AWP Wall Panel can be installed both vertically and horizontally and are available in a wide range of colours for maximum visual impact.
Insulation Core:
- QuadCore® Panels are manufactured with an HCFC, CFC and HFC free QuadCore® insulation core.
Environmental:
- QuadCore can achieve high levels of performance with thinner and lighter panels. This helps to save material resources, reduces transport and construction impacts and reduces waste.
- QuadCore insulated panels currently contain 10-21% recycled content. We are working to further increase the percentage of renewable and post-consumer recycled content. For example, we are aiming for all QuadCore products to use recycled PET by 2025.
- In addition to maintaining our zero-waste-to-landfill status and investigating all avenues from recycling / re-use of production waste to reducing packaging, we also offer cages to bring back used waste which we then recycle in our manufacturing facility, reducing onsite wastes.
- QuadCore systems are protected by warranty of up to 40 years. The panels’ modularity also supports their re-use at the end of the building’s lifecycle.
Our QuadCore insulation technology has a thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m.K
This means that it can deliver compliant buildings with reduced heat loss and excellent thermal performance— helping to reduce energy bills and associated carbon emissions and create comfortable environments for occupiers all year round.
