A highly adhesive gun grade Butyl and synthetic resin sealant, which gives a long lasting weather resistant seal. The sealant sets by release of solvent but maintains a soft, malleable consistency providing excellent adhesion to most common construction surfaces.

Because of its non-drying nature, it is perfectly suited for overlap and bedding joints in roofing and cladding sheets where it will maintain a weatherproof seal.
